Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Anigdha.
These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use the Anigdha website and what you can expect when you use our counselling and support services for Ausbildung in Germany.
We have tried to keep this straightforward. If something is unclear, please contact us before purchasing or using any service.
1. About Anigdha
Anigdha provides counselling, guidance and application-related support to students exploring Ausbildung in Germany.
Our services may include career counselling, profile assessment, Ausbildung selection, application guidance, CV and motivation letter support, interview preparation, training contract guidance, visa guidance and pre-departure support.
The exact services provided to you will depend on the package or service you have chosen.
2. Using Our Website
You may use this website for your personal and informational purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
- Copy or reproduce our content without permission
- Attempt to interfere with the website or its security
- Use another person’s information or documents as your own
- Use our website to impersonate another person or organisation
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
3. Counselling Is Not a Guarantee
This is perhaps the most important part.
Anigdha provides guidance and application support. We do not guarantee that a student will receive an Ausbildung offer, employer interview, training contract, visa, residence permit, job or any particular salary.
An Ausbildung position depends on several factors, including your qualifications, German language skills, chosen profession, employer requirements, available positions and your performance during the selection process.
Similarly, visa and residence decisions are made by the relevant German authorities. We cannot control or guarantee those decisions.
Our role is to help you understand the process and prepare as well as reasonably possible.
4. Choosing an Ausbildung
We may recommend Ausbildung professions based on the information you provide.
However, the final decision about which profession to pursue remains yours.
We encourage students to consider their interests, academic background, German language ability, career plans and the actual nature of the profession before applying.
A profession being in demand does not automatically mean it is suitable for every student.
5. Information Provided by You
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete and genuine.
This may include:
- Academic qualifications
- Mark sheets and certificates
- Passport information
- German language certificates
- CV and employment information
- Personal and contact details
- Other documents required for an application
If you provide incorrect, incomplete or misleading information, it may affect your application and the services we can provide.
You must also ensure that documents submitted to us belong to you and have not been altered or fabricated.
6. Application Support
Where application support is included in your chosen service, Anigdha may assist with preparing applications and related documents.
However, submitting an application does not guarantee:
- An employer response
- An interview
- An Ausbildung offer
- An Ausbildungsvertrag
- Selection by an employer
Employers make their own recruitment decisions.
Where an employer requests additional information, an interview or further documentation, you are responsible for responding appropriately and within the required timeframe.
7. Training Contract
An Ausbildungsvertrag is a legally binding agreement between the trainee and the training company. It sets out important conditions of the Ausbildung, including matters such as the duration of training and training remuneration.
Anigdha is not a party to that training relationship unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
You should read your training contract carefully before signing it and seek independent professional advice if you do not understand any contractual provision.
8. Visa and Immigration Guidance
Anigdha may provide guidance regarding the German vocational-training visa process and the documents generally required.
However, immigration rules and requirements can change, and individual cases can differ.
The final decision to issue or refuse a visa or residence permit rests entirely with the relevant German authorities.
We therefore do not guarantee visa approval, processing time or a particular immigration outcome.
Students are responsible for providing genuine documents and following the instructions of the relevant authorities.
9. Fees and Payments
The fees for Anigdha’s services will be communicated to you before you purchase a paid service.
Where applicable, the agreed service fee, payment schedule and scope of services will be communicated separately.
Government fees, visa fees, examination fees, language-course fees, document-translation fees, certification fees, travel expenses, insurance, accommodation and other third-party expenses are generally not included unless we specifically state otherwise.
You should not assume that a payment to Anigdha covers expenses charged by German authorities, employers, language institutes or other third parties.
10. Refunds and Cancellation
Refund and cancellation terms depend on the service or package purchased.
Where a separate written service agreement or payment document contains specific refund terms, those terms will apply to that service.
Fees already paid to third parties on your behalf may not be refundable where the third party does not provide a refund.
If you wish to cancel a service or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the website.
11. Third-Party Decisions and Services
Some parts of the Ausbildung journey involve third parties, including:
- German employers
- Training providers
- Vocational schools
- Examination bodies
- German embassies and consulates
- Immigration authorities
- Language institutes
- Insurance providers
- Accommodation providers
- Other external service providers
Anigdha does not control the decisions, availability, policies, fees or processing times of these third parties.
Where we provide information about a third-party service, students should verify the latest terms and requirements directly with that provider where appropriate.
12. Accuracy of Information on Our Website
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website useful and current.
However, Ausbildung requirements, visa rules, salary information, application procedures and other conditions can change.
Website content should therefore be treated as general guidance and not as a substitute for official advice from the relevant German authority, employer or training provider.
Where a current legal, immigration or contractual requirement matters to your individual case, we recommend checking the applicable official source.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content published on the Anigdha website, including text, graphics, logos, guides, illustrations and other original materials, belongs to Anigdha or is used with appropriate permission.
You may view and use the content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our original content without our prior written permission.

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
By providing information to us, you acknowledge that it may be processed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and for providing the services you have requested.
15. Links to Other Websites
The Anigdha website may contain links to external websites, including German government websites, employers, training providers and other educational resources.
These links are provided for convenience and information.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anigdha will not be responsible for losses arising solely from:
- An employer rejecting an application
- An Ausbildung position becoming unavailable
- A change in employer requirements
- A visa or residence application being refused
- Changes in German immigration or vocational-training rules
- Delays caused by government authorities or third parties
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the student
- Events outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website or applicable requirements.
When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the website after an updated version is published means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over Anigdha’s registered office, subject to applicable law.
